"I can not thank you enough for the amazing job you did for our group this past weekend. You had so many fun and interesting ideas.
Your cooking was beyond words. Each of the four meals you prepare for us you had such variety. Every dish exploded with flavor. You went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. You made everything from scratch including all desserts and breads. Your ginger tea was delicious. Your chocolate cake was better than anyone had ever tasted. You came fully prepared with all your own pans and serving dishes. You cleaned up our kitchen so well it was better than it was before you arrived.
Most of all you are a joy to be with. Everyone in our group commented on
your warmth and positive energy.
Chef Tina you are incredible and we will have you back to our home soon. We feel like you are part of our family."

My family gathered in Harwich to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and we decided to cater dinner for a small party of 8 adults one night. Since Covid is still a concern, our preference was to have someone cook the meal and drop it off, and Chef Tina was willing to do that for us. From the start, she was super responsive, communicative and flexible - I could not have asked for a better experience. The menu she created for our special evening was perfect, and she provided chafing dishes to keep everything warm while we enjoyed her AMAZING appetizer trays. While strawberry shortcake was not on her menu offering, she added it for us when I mentioned how much my parents loved it. Everything was delicious- the seafood was fresh, and the asparagus and potatoes were wonderful. Her portions were generous - we had enough leftover for two us of to enjoy lunch the next day, and all of us to enjoy another round of cheese with our crackers the following night. We will definitely seek her out again if we return to the Cape! Highly, highly recommend!

One word. AMAZING!
We had a group of 15 people renting a house in Osterville. We all appreciate great food, but the thought of cooking at a rented house for that many people was daunting. The Pleasing Plate and Chef Tina were an answer to our prayers.
We ordered 4 meals, spread out over 2 deliveries. The food was absolutely delicious and the price was affordable. We had steak tips, lasagne, chicken dijon, and pork with peppers and onions. Each meal came with amazing side dishes and salads, and don't even get me started on the desserts -- key lime pie, whiskey ginger mini cheesecakes, cupcakes. Restaurant-quality food delivered right to our home. I can't recommend this place enough.

Tina was great to work with - communicative, thoughtful and her food was delicious. My crew loved the food and I loved the extra mile she went for us. I'd definitely hire Chef Tina again for more catering.

Chef Tina came to my family's home for a surprise birthday dinner for my mom. From start to finish, Tina was an absolute delight to work with. She was very responsive in corresponding in advance of the party, and provided fantastic options to best fit our intimate gathering.The meal she prepared was phenomenal, and included a wonderful chicken romano, a fresh and very flavorful salad, and accompanied by a roasted butternut squash pasta. The wine pairings were totally on point. I think we'll be dreaming of that charcuterie for years to come! In addition to the delicious food, Tina took care of the dishes too, and left our kitchen better than she found it. Last but certainly not least, Tina is truly a lovely person and we look forward to welcoming her back to our home for future gatherings, and hopefully, a pasta making class!

Chef Tina did an extraordinary job preparing dinner for 16 to celebrate my birthday. Her meal was delicious and her pleasant nature made working with her very easy and comfortable. She and her helper came to my house on time, prepared hot and cold appetizers and served them, cooked a phenomenal meal, cleared the table, filled the dishwasher and served dessert. The kitchen was left. spotless. I can not wait to use her again. Such a fun night. Thank you Tina and Cathy!! It was an amazing night and it was so easy.

Delicious Italian!
I was so pleased with everything about this company. The food was outstanding! The owner really caters to your every wish and she is so delightful. Truly amazing Italian cooking. I highly recommend this company and the owner to anyone looking for a great caterer.

Best Caterer in town!
"Tina and her team were by far our favorite vendors of the entire wedding process. She was so attentive to detail, very responsive, extremely professional, and accommodated all of our needs. We loved her so much we hired her not only for our dinner, but also for our cake. We each had an idea of what we wanted to do for our cake, and she suggested a third idea which we absolutely fell in love with and wound up using. She went above and beyond- not only delivering a superior product but also making several recommendations and suggestions for other vendors, products, and details. All of our guests complimented the delicious food, and we could not have asked for a better chef. Down-to-earth, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Tina and crew for making the most important day of our lives that much more memorable!

"Tina's food and service were exceptional! We meet months ahead of our wedding to talk about details. Before meeting face to face we worked out a rough preference for dishes, and Tina brought those options to our face to face meeting. She is a professional and provided all we needed (including staff) to have wedding guests with happy and full bellies. I can't recommend The Pleasing Plate enough."

Chef Tina--a woman of many talents, one of which is the preparation of outrageously delicious appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts you just cannot resist. A very personable woman, Chef Tina takes great care in making one feel comfortable and totally at ease.
Her meals are of such a variety one has no problem in choosing any of her vast inventory of dishes she prepares, from old-style Italian lasagna to a New England pot roast, so tender and testy as to warm the tummy of even the most difficult patron.
Although I only had a small number of family members for her to administer, Chef Tina has the skills, expertise and facilities to accommodate large groups of people. More than willing and able to create exactly the kind of meal one has in mind, she also offers helpful suggestions along the way.
Did I mention that her desserts are absolutely heavenly? My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying individual-size blueberry and apple crunch pies, just to mention a couple of her creations.

The Pleasing Plate provided a fantastic luncheon for attendees of a seminar we held about 6 weeks ago. Today, 2 of the vendors who were present came in and were discussing the event and said "The one with the really great food"! What a compliment to Tina's talent. A month and a half later people are still talking about the meal! Thanks for making it such a memorable event.
